How does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link. When a new customer subscribes through it and completes their first successful renewal, you and your friend each receive $10 in MailProud credit.
When will we receive our credits?
Credits are added automatically after your friend completes their first paid billing period and their first renewal payment succeeds.
Do both Lite and Pro qualify?
Yes. The reward is the same whether your friend chooses MailProud Lite or MailProud Pro.
What can MailProud credit be used for?
Credit applies to future MailProud subscription charges. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
How many friends can I refer?
Refer as many friends as you like. Each eligible new paid subscription can earn one reward for the new customer and one for the person who referred them.
What happens if a payment is refunded or disputed?
Refunded, reversed, or disputed payments do not qualify. MailProud may also withhold or reverse credit in cases of fraud or manipulation of the referral program.
Should I disclose that I may receive credit?
Yes. If you share your referral link publicly, make it clear that you may receive MailProud credit if someone subscribes through it.
Referral credits are subject to the MailProud Referral Program Terms, which will be published before the program launches.
